Characteristic
High resistivity: Suitable for electric heating elements, which can efficiently convert electrical energy into heat.
Good oxidation resistance: It has high oxidation resistance below 1000℃, and the surface will form an Al2O3 oxide film.
Corrosion resistance: It can resist the corrosion of oxidizing gases and many acid and alkali media.
Positive temperature coefficient: The resistance value increases with temperature, which gives it stable performance in high-temperature applications
Application
Electric heating element: widely used in the manufacture of electric heat pipes, electric heating wires for household electric heaters, and heating elements in heat treatment furnaces, especially for continuous furnaces with temperatures below 1000 ° C.
Resistance material: Resistance material used in the resistance box.
Other high temperature equipment: due to its high temperature and corrosion resistance, it can also be used for heating elements in chemical equipment.
