FeCrAl Cr21Al16Nb wire bar strip
Overview
0Cr21Al6Nb is a high-resistance electric heating alloy, belonging to the iron-chromium-aluminum alloy system. It features high electrical resistivity, excellent oxidation resistance, and good creep resistance, making it suitable for manufacturing electric heating elements in high-temperature environments. The alloy forms a dense Al2O3 oxide film at high temperatures, effectively preventing oxidation and corrosion, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 1100°C. Additionally, it has a low temperature coefficient, allowing it to maintain stable resistance values at different temperatures.
