ERNi-1 UNS N02061/W. Nr. 2.4155 ASTM B160 nickel welding bare wire
Overview
ERNi-1 is a nickel-based alloy wire used for argon arc welding and manual arc welding. The main components of this welding wire are nickel, chromium, iron, manganese and other elements, with excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature strength and oxidation resistance.
ERNi-1 welding wire is mainly used for welding nickel-based alloys such as Inconel, Incoloy and Hastelloy. These alloys are commonly used in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments in aerospace, petrochemical, nuclear industry and other fields.
In the welding process, ERNi-1 welding wire can form a good metallurgical bond with the base material, and has excellent welding process and mechanical properties. Due to its corrosion resistance and high temperature strength, ERNi-1 welding wires maintain high durability and reliability after welding, thus ensuring the safe operation of equipment.
In addition to applications in the field of welding, ERNi-1 welding wire can also be used for the welding of dissimilar metals, such as stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel. Through proper process control and selection of appropriate filling materials, ERNi-1 welding wire can effectively realize the connection and repair between different metals.

Corrosion Resistance
ERNi-1 is a nickel-based alloy welding wire with excellent corrosion resistance. The welding wire can effectively resist the erosion of oxidation, corrosion and corrosive gas in the welding process, so that the weld is not easy to corrode and has a long service life.
The corrosion resistance of ERNi-1 is mainly due to the nickel element in its composition. Nickel has a high position in metal corrosion resistance, which can form a dense oxide film, thereby preventing the intrusion of corrosive media. In addition, elements such as chromium and iron in this wire also enhance its corrosion resistance.
In a variety of harsh environments, such as strong acids, alkali, salt water, etc., ERNi-1 can remain stable, resist oxidation, corrosion and thermal stress, and extend the service life of the equipment. Therefore, it is widely used in various industrial fields that need to withstand high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments.
