Characteristic
Oxidation resistance: In air and oxidation atmosphere, Cr15Ni60 alloy can work at high temperatures above 1100 ° C, forming a dense chromium oxide film on the surface, effectively preventing further oxidation.
Corrosion resistance: Strong corrosion resistance to a variety of acidic and alkaline media, such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, etc. In the corrosive environment containing sulfur, the presence of chromium makes the corrosion effect of sulfur on the alloy greatly weakened, and prolongs the service life of the component.
Application
Electric heating equipment: used to manufacture industrial electric heating elements, such as electric furnace wire, electric heat pipe, etc. Because of its stable resistance value and high temperature resistance, it can maintain the same performance after a long time of operation.
Chemical equipment: In the chemical industry, this alloy is used to manufacture high-temperature and corrosion-resistant equipment and pipes, especially in acidic or sulfur-containing atmospheres, where the alloy's corrosion resistance makes it ideal.
Aerospace: In the aerospace sector, Cr15Ni60 is used to manufacture high-temperature components of engines, which can withstand extreme temperatures and pressures due to its good oxidation resistance and heat resistance.used to manufacture industrial electric heating elements, such as electric furnace wire, electric heat pipe, etc. Because of its stable resistance value and high temperature resistance, it can maintain the same performance after a long time of operation.
